These are on the roadmap. None of them is included in any plan today, and none of them is a Pro feature being withheld from Free.
- ·MP4 and PDF export is not built. The exports that exist are animated WebM, animated WebP, animated GIF and a still-frame PNG, and that is the whole list, on both plans.
- ·Team collaboration is not built. There is no sharing, no invites and no shared editing, on either plan. Today the share is the exported file.
- ·Custom watermark is not built. Every export carries the fixed text "made by chartado", on Free and on Pro alike.

Questions people actually ask
Is the free plan a trial?
No. There is no card at signup, no countdown and no expiry. Nothing switches off on a date. Free is a plan, not a runway to a charge.
What happens when I hit three saved diagrams?
Nothing dramatic. The editor still opens on an empty canvas, you can still type, and the diagram still animates, and you are told that you are at your allowance. The one thing you cannot do is persist a fourth diagram to the cloud, so it is gone on reload. Delete an old one and what you typed is still on the canvas: press Save and it is kept.
So what is actually behind the paywall?
Two numbers. Saved diagrams go from 3 to 100, projects from 1 to unlimited. Every service icon, animated WebM, WebP and GIF export and still-frame PNG export are already on the free plan. And the items listed as not built are not Pro features being withheld from Free. They do not exist on either plan.
Can I buy Pro right now?
No. There is no checkout and no billing code, so there is nothing to charge and nothing to cancel. The Pro button is an email waitlist and it is labelled as one.
Will the price change before I can buy it?
$9 a month is the price published today. Nobody has been charged anything, so nothing is locked in — including that number. There is no discount running and no deadline; inventing one would be a good reason to distrust the rest of this page.
Can my team edit alongside me?
No. There is no sharing, no invites and no collaborative editing in the product, on either plan. Do not plan around it. Today you export the animation and post the file.
I need an MP4 for a deck.
Then this is not ready for you. Animated WebM, animated WebP, animated GIF and a still-frame PNG are the only four export formats that exist. That is a blocker today, not a limitation of the free plan, and we would rather you knew before signing up.
Where is the money-back guarantee?
There isn't one, because there is nothing to pay and therefore nothing to refund. The real risk reversal is that the free plan takes no card, the editor is not time-limited, and the source of a diagram is the plain text you typed.
